Summary of Paper

This fall semester, students from the INFO4940 Business Intelligence Systems class, partnered with sponsors from CIT’s Customer Service and Support division (CSS) and IT Security Office (ITSO), to create multiple proof of concept solutions for Certified Desktop Compliance reporting. Solutions provide the ability to analyze percent compliance by IT Service Group, College Unit, & Department. This paper covers the methodology, technologies, and a few sample solutions developed by the students.
